On GIF animations and someone's awesome game project

Some stuff I made for the class' final group project. I'm actually putting this here so the other members can view it (because Google Docs doesn't support GIF animations :(), but yea any comments are welcome. Just go easy on the tomatoes. :D (click on a picture to start the animation)

1st day intro:

2nd day intro:

3rd day intro:

Also, I just fiddled around a little more and here's my input for the opening/title screen:

  1. I only see black panels for the first three until I click on them. Then they appear in the shadowbox pop-up - they look awesome.

If you want them to display on the blog page, go back to edit mode and reset then to display at original size.

  2. Hm..just tried that and the original size is actually huge, much bigger than the frame so I think I'll just leave them as is with the "click it" instruction in the text

Thanks for the tip though. So that's why they weren't playing

  3. Yeah, the resize feature flattens to to a single layer (the top one)

You want them to fill a screen for the game, right? If so, they should remain large.

  4. Yep. The game we're making won't take up your whole screen, but it is bigger than the blogger frame

  5. I love these animations, and now I am intrigued by what they say (no Japanese here) and what the game is all about.

  6. Thank you! The 3 black ones just say Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and are meant as cuts between days for the game.

The last one displays the title and start/continue

  7. oh red, you better put on your helmet and safety belt before you check out the game Mome and his crew are working on.

It's going to redefine the internet and stuff forever.

  9. It’s hard to find knowledgeable people on this topic, but you sound like you know what you’re talking about Animated Intro Maker! Thanks for sharing this with others.
